1) Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer significantly prolongs order preparation time as we have to wait for the bank to notify us that the amount has been credited.

Transfers should be made to our account with IBAN IT97W 03069 095371 0000 000 7994 made out to verticalmilano srl - via Don Giovanni Calabria, 30 - 20132 Milano.

2) Credit Card - PayPal

Payments made by credit card (VISA- Master Card - CartaSì - AmericanExpress) or through the PayPal circuit allow faster order processing. When paying by credit card, the customer will be redirected to the payment platform Nexi XPay, where payments can be made safely. The Nexi XPay platform manages the data entered on its website directly in order to make the payment. Verticalmilano srl does not collect any data relating to the credit card used or to "Nexi XPay" payment method access codes. This information is collected directly by the Nexi XPay payment system. The actual amount will be charged when verticalmilano srl sends the order confirmation e-mail.

3) Conditions of Sale and Acceptance by the Customer

Verticalmilano srl, with registered and administrative offices in Milan (Italy) - Via Don Giovanni Calabria, 30 – VAT No. 10109470962 is the owner and manager of the site omodomo.it. The omodomo trademark is the property of verticalmilano srl. The conditions of sale listed here govern purchases made on the site omodomo.it and these are regulated by the Consumer Code (Part III, Title III, Chapter I - Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on matters of electronic commerce). The contract entered into between verticalmilano srl and the customer shall be deemed to have been concluded with the acceptance of the order by verticalmilano srl. Such acceptance is considered tacit. By placing an order in the manner envisaged by the site, the customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the Sales and Payment Conditions set out above.

4) Subject of the Contract

By accepting the general conditions of sale, the customer executes a remote purchase of the material goods indicated and offered for sale on the site omodomo.it. The contract is concluded exclusively on the Internet through the customer's access to the address www.omodomo.it and the completion of a purchase order according to the procedure provided for by the site itself. The customer agrees to read these general conditions of sale before confirming his order.

5) Prices - Vat and Order Acceptance

ITALY: the prices shown are inclusive of VAT, net of transport costs.

EU COUNTRIES: for B2C (business to customer) sales made in countries belonging to the European Community, the prices shown include Italian VAT of 22%, net of shipping expenses, and do not include any customs expenses, duties or landing fees.

EXTRA EU COUNTRIES: sales in countries not belonging to the European Community, are exempt from VAT. This means that Italian VAT of 22% must be split off from the price indicated (price including VAT) to obtain the actual purchase price (1.22 = price including VAT: 1.00 = price excluding VAT). The prices indicated do not include any customs fees, duties, or landing fees.

Every order is issued with an invoice. Orders are accepted only and exclusively through the electronic cart on the website omodomo.it. The instant the order is sent, it is understood that a contract of sale is stipulated with the customer, who declares that he has read all the information provided and fully accepts the Terms of Sale and Payment.

Once an online order has been sent, at the end of the procedure, customers will receive an email confirming the order and the order number

6) Purchasing Methods

The customer is deemed to have purchased products as described in the relevant information sheets on the omodomo.it website the moment the order is forwarded. Verticalmilano srl, owner of the omodomo brand, undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the real product may occur. In addition, photographs of the products presented do not constitute a part of the contract, as they are merely representative. Verticalmilano srl undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of sending an e-mail confirming the order to the customer. Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the customer places the order. This availability must in any case be considered purely indicative because, in view of the presence on the site of several users at the same time, products may have been sold to other customers before the order is confirmed. Even after the order confirmation e-mail from verticalmilano srl has been sent, partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this case, the order will be rectified automatically by eliminating the unavailable product and the customer will be immediately informed by e-mail. If the customer requests cancellation of the order, so terminating the contract, verticalmilano srl will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day on which it became aware of the customer's decision to terminate the contract
