Fast Deliveries

Our articles are not mass-produced but are the result of the work of craftsmen carried out in our workshops at the time of ordering;

In most cases we are able to make the product available in 5 working days.

1) Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times can be seen for each article in the corresponding article sheet. The days indicated represent the preparation time, to which delivery time by the courier should be added.

When counting the days necessary to receive the product, always keep in mind the following indications:

  • Saturdays and Sundays, festivities and/or holiday closures should be excluded from the count
  • Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday.
  • The day count starts from the receipt of payment (e.g. In the case of a bank transfer 2 working days are generally necessary from the day it is executed, other types of payment are, technical problems aside, generally made at the same time as the order)
  • The day is counted if the order is received before 3.00 pm
  • Particularly complex orders or orders involving quantities higher than the norm may require longer times that if necessary will be communicated by our customer service. The same applies to any problems that may occur in the warehouse or during preparation. The times indicated are a conservative estimate based on the statistics of the numerous orders processed by verticalmilano srl.
  • Courier delivery delays or problems out of verticalmilano srl’s control
  • Strikes, labour unrest, atmospheric or socio-political events
  • Delivery to others: some shipments are collected by family members or neighbours, who present themselves to the courier as delegates. Therefore, please check before reporting any non-deliveries.
  • Incomplete and/or incorrect addresses
2) Shipping Costs Italy

The customer pays a fixed contribution to shipping costs of € 6.00 (VAT included) for the whole of Italy. Shipping is free with a minimum purchase of € 150.00.

3) Shipping Costs Abroad

For shipping costs in the EU, Extra EU, Canada and Australia please refer to the attached table. Shipping costs are free with a minimum purchase of € 500.00. Shipping costs do not include customs duties, tariffs if any, X-Ray analysis, landing and release of goods taxes. The buyer is liable for all these costs

4) Express Courier & Tracking Italy

For shipping within Italy we use express couriers able to deliver the goods in 1-2 working days throughout the country except for the islands (2-3 days), remote or impervious areas.

At the time we book couriers to take charge of the package, the couriers themselves send an email with tracking information to the email address of the client that placed the order.

5) Express Courier & EU & Extra EU Tracking

Verticalmilano srl operates in all countries of the European Union (EU), Extra EU (Switzerland/Norway), Canada and Australia.

Refer to the "Shipping Costs" table for country by country delivery times.

At the time we book couriers to take charge of the package, the couriers themselves send an email with tracking information to the email address of the client that placed the order.

6) Place of Delivery

The recipient’s address may differ from the address of the orderer. It is therefore necessary for forms to be completed with precision and in detail for delivery to be made problem-free.

Please carefully enter your surname and first name, street and house number, postcode, city, province and country. Don't forget to include a telephone number and the e-mail address where you would like to receive shipment tracking information. Additional notes (stairway, floor, etc.) may also be useful and can be communicated by filling in the "Notes" field.

By registering with our site, the user fills in these data once only to cover all future orders..

7) Held on Deposit

If you cannot guarantee a person will be present to receive the goods, you can request that they be held on deposit.

Such a request can be made in the “Notes” to the order, indicating the location preferred (lists and opening times are shown on their respective sites) where the recipient, with identity document, will have to go to pick up the package. Without any other indication to the courier or our customer service, the package will remain available for collection for 3 working days, after which it will be returned to the sender. Goods may also be picked up at the deposit point on Saturday mornings.

8) General Shipment Restrictions
  • Under no circumstances do couriers accept alternative delivery addresses, even if close to the main address. Indications such as: "if no one answers the bell leave with the neighbour, in case of absence deliver to the address ...”, and so on will be ignored.
  • Couriers must deliver the package to one person, usually the indicated recipient. In some cases they can accept a delegate, which is best specified in the order notes (concierge, reception etc.). Under no circumstances may the package be left unattended in the garden, on balconies or in other different places indicated.
  • The name of the recipient must correspond to the name on the bell (when the delivery does not take place at a business or a company) which must be working.
9) On Receipt of the Article

Check that the number of packages received corresponds to the number indicated in the delivery document. Check that the packaging is intact and not modified, including the closing tape. In case of visible tampering and/or breakage you must immediately question the shipment by adding the wording "SUBJECT TO CONTROL OF GOODS FOR .... " (indicate the reason on the delivery document the courier will ask you to sign). If possible, unpack the product immediately and check that there is no damage.
